This type of Drake has a shimmering blue coloring to its scales in its natural form. In its humanoid form it always has a deep blue coloring to its hair (including beard and moustache if worn), blue colored eyes, and blue tinted fingernails.

These Drakes receive a natural 20% soak vs. all magical attacks of the water element.

They are also able to use a breath weapon attack (Frost) once per quest which causes 1d5 damage for every 2 levels (1d5 at first, 2d5 at third, etc.).

Water Drakes also receive the secondary ability of being able to breathe underwater.
